01. Service Warranty

We provide an industry-leading 30-day service guarantee on all cooling repairs. If the primary fault recurs within this window, our lead master technicians will resolve it without additional service labor charges. This coverage excludes damages arising from power surges or hardware tampering by unauthorized personnel.

02. Authentic Component Policy

Falak Aircon maintains a zero-compromise policy on hardware. We exclusively utilize OEM-certified spare parts. Every installed component is backed by the respective manufacturer's warranty. Please preserve your digital WhatsApp invoice for all future warranty validations.

03. Inspection Fees

To maintain our high standards of technical precision, a standard diagnostic fee of ₹299 applies to every inspection. Importantly, this amount is waived in full if you choose to proceed with the recommended repair or AC maintenance during the same visit.

04. Ethics & Conduct

Our specialists are background-verified and strictly governed by our professional code of conduct. We mandate a safe and respectful workspace for our technicians. Falak Aircon reserves the absolute right to suspend services immediately if safety protocols or professional boundaries are violated by the client.
